At the time I was studying to become a yoga teacher, I also started a course on Primordial Sound Meditation through Chopra University. Meditation, yoga and Ayurveda go hand-in-hand and so I studied all three disciplines.

Learning how to meditate was a new concept for me and as I spend a lot of time in my head and often working with scientific principles, this was quite a stretch for me at first. But, once I learned the Primordial Sound Meditation technique I was blown away by how it changed me.

In fact, my brother-in-law came overseas and asked me what I had done with my former self!

This was after about 3 months of being immersed in meditation. I no longer reacted to things, but responded in a calm, measured way. I did not get upset about things that would previously have set me off. I looked at life through a different lens and this all from doing daily meditation.

If you would like to find a calm mind-body, let’s connect and discuss how I can guide you in learning Primordial Sound Meditation – this does not rely solely on focusing on the breath and as such, I’ve found it to be much easier to do and to develop as a habit. I’ve had clients tell me that they were never able to meditate before until learning this technique.
