While working in schools, I realized that helping children (their families), faculty, staff and administrator colleagues find a healthy balance within their minds and bodies was key to every person’s success.
As a holistic approach to health and wellbeing has always been my passion, I decided to study different, ancient techniques, which would enable me to help myself and others find and maintain a healthy balance within mind and body.
With a Master’s degree in Education, and an undergraduate in Industrial Psychology, I consult with schools, business leaders, school leaders, educators and families. I’ve also developed a wellbeing curriculum that enables school educators to teach various holistic health and wellbeing techniques (proven by research) to students in their classrooms, to ensure ultimate success and harmony for every child whose lives they touch.
In addition, I coach leaders (the change makers in our world) and families who know that sustainable success includes caring for their holistic wellbeing.
So, how did I do this?
I’m a certified Primordial Sound Meditation and RYT 200 Yoga Instructor trained in The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success through Chopra University, and a certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition). I’m also a clinically trained Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner through Kerala Ayurveda Academy. In total I’ve completed over 2,500 hours of wellbeing, spiritual and holistic health training.
As I’m passionate about furthering my education and skills, I continue to study and am on track to become a certified Yoga Calm for Children teacher and I’m also studying Western Herbology with the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine.
